These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing a plan or using the site, you agree to them.

• Scope: GBP optimization services (posts, review assistance, profile fixes, competitor monitoring) as described in your selected tier.
• Plans & billing: Tier A and Tier B are quarterly subscriptions (prepaid, auto‑renew every 3 months). Tier C is a one‑time purchase unless otherwise stated. Cancel subscriptions before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
• Client responsibilities: provide accurate business info, timely approvals, and required access (e.g., GBP permissions) to enable delivery.
• Results: we do not guarantee rankings or traffic; performance depends on many external factors (competition, Google policies, market).
• Refunds: case‑by‑case for unused future periods; no refunds for work already performed.
• Intellectual Property: pre‑existing IP remains with the owner. You get a business‑use license to deliverables created for your account.
• Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 3 months.
• Governing law: United States (California), unless otherwise required by your local law.
